Pharmacodynamic Macromycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, which has moderate inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative bacilli, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, proteus, etc. It is sensitive to streptococcus, pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and some mycoplasma (such as mycoplasma gallinaceus, Mycoplasma Turkey, mycoplasma synovium, etc.). To grass green streptococcus and staphylococcus aureus much insensitivity. Usually resistant to pseudomonas aeruginosa and treponema pallidum. Intestinal bacteria showed extensive resistance to macromycin, but did not show cross-resistance with streptomycin. Pharmacokinetic macromycin was absorbed only 7% after internal administration, but remained at a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract. The tissue concentration of the drug was lower than the serum concentration. It is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid or eyes, and the binding rate of plasma protein is not high. Most drugs are excreted in their original form through glomerular filtration. Lincomycin had poor internal absorption and bioavailability of 30%-40%. Mixed feeding can reduce the absorption rate and amount. The chicken was given 50mg/kg body weight (soluble in drinking water) for 7 days, and the plasma level of lincomycin reached 0.14ug/ml during the test, while the concentration of Macromycin was very small, which exceeded 0.1ug/ mL after 7 days of the test.

[Drug interaction] (1) Combined with lincomycin can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.

(2) The combination of lincomycin and anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter.

(3) Combined with erythromycin has antagonistic effect.
