[Pharmacological action] Pharmacodynamics Amoxicillin belongs to -lactam antibiotic, which has broad-spectrum antibacterial action. The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity were basically the same as that of ampicillin, and the antibacterial activity of most gram-positive bacteria was slightly weaker than that of penicillin, and it was sensitive to penicillinase, so it was ineffective to the penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella and Pasteurella, but these bacteria are easy to develop drug resistance. It is not sensitive to pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because the absorption of ampicillin is better than that of ampicillin in monogastric animals and the blood concentration is higher, the curative effect on systemic infection is better. It is suitable for infection of respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissue caused by sensitive bacteria.

Pharmacokinetic amoxicillin is fairly stable to gastric acid, and is absorbed by 74% ~ 92% after internal administration in monogastric animals. The contents of the gastrointestinal tract affect the absorption rate, but do not affect the absorption degree, so it can be mixed feeding. The serum concentration of amoxicillin is 1.5 ~ 3 times higher than that of ampicillin after the same dose.

[Drug interaction] (1) When used in combination with aminoglycosides, the concentration of aminoglycosides in bacteria can be increased, showing a synergistic effect. (2) Macrolides, tetracyclines, amides and other quick-acting bacteriostatic agents interfere with the bactericidal action of this product and should not be used.

[Usage and dosage] in terms of this product. Internal consumption: one dose per 1kg body weight, 0.2-0.3g of chicken, twice a day, for 5 consecutive days; Mixed drink: 0.6g chicken per 1L water for 3-5 consecutive days.

[Adverse reactions] strongly interfere with the normal flora of gastrointestinal tract.
