[Pharmacological action] Pharmacodynamics Myxins, a polypeptide antibacterial drug, is an alkaline cationic surfactant that penetrates into the bacterial cell membrane through the interaction with phospholipids in the cell membrane, destroys its structure, and then causes changes in membrane permeability, leading to bacterial death and sterilization. This product has a strong antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria such as aerobe, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus haemophilus, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella and Shigella. Gram-positive bacteria are usually insensitive. There was complete cross-resistance with polymyxin B, but no cross-resistance with other antimicrobial agents.

The pharmacokinetics were absorbed little by oral administration, but absorbed rapidly by non-gastrointestinal administration. Drugs entering the body can be rapidly distributed into the heart, lungs, liver, kidney and skeletal muscles, but not easily into the cerebral spinal cord, chest, articular cavity and infected lesions. It is mainly excreted by the kidneys.

[Drug interaction] (1) Combined with muscle relaxants, aminoglycosides and other neuromuscular blockers may cause myasthenia and apnea. (2) Synergistic effect with chelating agent (EDTA) and cationic cleaner on Pseudomonas aeruginosa is often used in combination with the treatment of local infection.

[Usage and dosage] in terms of this product. Mixed drink: 0.4 ~ 2g for pigs and 0.2 ~ 0.6g for chickens per 1L of water; Mixed feeding: 0.4 ~ 0.8g of pigs per 1kg feed.
